The other white meat burgers
Ingredients:
1lb ground pork or turkey
1 lemon (squeezed)
1Tbs mustard
2tsp dill
1tsp red pepper
1tsp parsley
1tsp paprika
1tsp salt
1Tbs oil
Directions: Heat greased frying pan to Med-high heat. Form 3-4 patties. Cook about 5 min on each side.
